Mike's business approach is simple: GIVE EVERY CLIENT ENOUGH INFORMATION TO MAKE A GOOD REAL ESTATE DECISION. This approach, in contrast to the more common "make the sale" approach, made Mike the office Top Producer every year from 1995 through the present. In addition, Mike qualified for the Coldwell Banker President's Elite Award every year since 1998, placing him among the top 2% nationally of all Coldwell Banker agents.
